Beta Kimya Inc. started as a small business producing and trading in water based PVAc glues in Istanbul in 1987. Our first factory was established in 1996 in Aydın in western Turkey. As the business started to develop rapidly we moved all of our production to a brand new state-of-the art factory on the Tuzla industrial estate near Istanbul in 2007. This was followed by two more production facilities at the same location in 2010 and 2012. Growing export operations and opportunities called for further expansion and we built a brand new facility in Istanbul Free Trade Zone in 2016 to address the needs of our foreign buyers and currenty we have been operating in 4 factories, all located in Istanbul.

Today Beta Kimya Inc. is amongst the top 1000 exporting companies of Turkey according to the data provided by TIM (Turkish Exporters Assembly). We are also one of the second 500 industrial companies of Turkey. Furthermore we are one of the top 250 companies which has allocated the most spending to R&D investments by also having an R&D center.

We have increased our product range to include up to 100 different types of adhesives, sealants and other products which are used in a wide spectrum of 7 main industries from wood work to construction with multiple variants. Our high-quality glues and adhesives are currently marketed under the brand names of MITREAPEL and APEL. We are very strong in Turkey and its neighbouring countries and having more presence every passing day in overseas markets. We are expanding our export sales network in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We also have sister companies established and located in the U.K. and UAE.
