THE ESTABLISHMENT
On an area of about 100,000 sqm, – of which 15,000 are covered – 5 plants are active for the production of floors, blocks and curbs, assisted by 4 successive processing units (tumbling, finishing, shot-peening, splitting) for the most valuable products.

Other 2 plants are dedicated to the realization of special pieces and complementary elements.

The entire production takes advantage of:

An inert crushing and selection plant (guaranteeing the quality and constancy of the main raw material used);
A fully equipped internal laboratory that verifies, for each batch of production, compliance with the standards foreseen by ISO 9001, UNI EN 1338, 1339, 1340, 771-3.
PRODUCTION PROCESSES
The production process of vibrocompressed products is realized in 5 phases:

Packaging of concrete of "humid Earth" consistency (low water/cement ratio) in mixers equipped with automatic control of the recipes;
Molding of the product (filling of the mould and "vibrocompation" of the concrete);
Deforming of the Product "fresh" (after 15 – 20 sec. From the filling of the mould) and its start to the curing cells;
Packaging and storage in stock (at 24 – 48 hours from stamping);
Any "relavorations" on seasoned products.
