Smartphone controllable WiFi Smart Adapter

u170 is a WiFi smart adapter which can be turned on or off directly by a smart phone. Without changing existing wiring, it can be easily threaded into an E26/E27 socket. It can be used to control all lighting fixtures that have a light bulb with E26/E27 connector.

u170 smart Adapter has a standard E26/E27 connector on its top and a standard E26/E27 socket and a status indicator ring on its bottom. It also has a reset button and a decoration ring on its side surface, as show in Fig.2 and Fig.3.

 Applications:

Once threaded into on a u170 WiFi Smart Adapter, light bulb of lighting fixtures is not only controllable by a Smartphone, but also can have its operation status displayed by a Smartphone. It can be used of all light bulbs such as incandescent bulb, CFL, and LED lamp. Fig. 4 shows typical applications of u170 WiFi smart adapter.

u170 WiFi Smart Adapter is to be directly threaded into an existing E26/E27 socket, as shown in Fig.5:

Smartphone Interface Installation and Operation:

Download Smartphone APK after installing u170 WIFI Smart Adapter.

Operation Guide:

• Download an Android APK and launch the program. A password matching the WIFI Smart Adapter needs to be entered for the first sign-in. See above Fig. a.

• Once the password is confirmed and gain access to the load type selection interface, click to select the right load type to be controlled. See above Fig. b.

• Once load type is selected and enter the control interface, click the icon to control the load. See above Fig. c.
