This is an apartment door lock that is simple to install, easy to maintain, and full of distinctive features.
* The front and rear panels of this apartment lock are wireless, with no exposed wiring connectors. Installation requires no wiring—just two screws.
* All circuitry and detection modules are integrated into the front panel, which is externally powered. All electronic controls are highly integrated, with the clutch, detection switches, battery, and reset function all assembled within the front panel.
* The rear panel is purely a decorative plate with no functional components. This design not only simplifies installation but also reduces the risk of malfunctions. Consequently, if service is ever needed, only the front panel needs to be shipped to the customer, who can then replace it themselves.
* The front panel is equipped with a detection module that automatically identifies four distinct door statuses: unlocked from outside for entry, unlocked from inside for exit, locked from outside after departure, and locked from inside after entry.
* This apartment lock is compatible with all standard 8x8 square shaft lock bodies on the market. It can be easily matched with existing mechanical lock bodies or utilize the old lock body already on the door, adapting to most pre-drilled door holes. Our standard supplied lock body is a 6068 mechanical type, which meets the Chinese National Grade B standard.
* Changing the handing (handedness) of the lock is extremely simple: just rotate the square shaft to the 'R' or 'L' position. The handle is a short, rectangular, and symmetrical design, unaffected by handing changes.
* The handle incorporates a built-in, concealed mechanical key cylinder. No separate cylinder installation is required during setup. The keyhole for this cylinder is located near the square shaft, ensuring 100% reliable mechanical unlocking via key even in the event of an electrical failure.
* The battery compartment is located on the front panel, making it convenient for property management to replace batteries.
* A reset pinhole is located on the rear panel; inserting a slender object allows for one-key factory reset.
* It is powered by four AA batteries, providing up to one year of operation.
* Finally, the available unlocking methods for this apartment lock include: passcode, mechanical key, LoRa unlock, keycard, and remote internet unlock
