Excellent mechanical properties:
High strength: After appropriate heat treatment, the tensile strength can be as high as 1100 - 1300 MPa (160 - 190 ksi), capable of withstanding relatively large loads, and is suitable for structural components and mechanical parts with high strength requirements.
High hardness: It has a relatively high hardness within a certain range of hardness values, which makes it perform excellently in terms of wear resistance and deformation resistance. It is often used to manufacture parts that need to withstand wear and friction, such as bearings and gears.
Good toughness: While possessing high strength and high hardness, it also maintains relatively good toughness. It can absorb energy when subjected to impact loads, preventing sudden fracture of the material and enhancing the safety and reliability of the material in use.
Good corrosion resistance: Its corrosion resistance is comparable to that of 304 stainless steel in most environments and is generally superior to that of 400 series stainless steel.
