Feature
This machine is a specialized vacuum laminating equipment for paint-free doors, capable of surface decoration with various high-end PVC, wood-like materials, stone patterns, leather, and other PVC materials. The extra-large 5-meter worktable can complete the lamination of two door skins at once, or PVC can be cut according to the size of the workpiece, saving film material. The machine has a high level of automation, making it easy to operate. Both the entry and exit of the workbench use fully automatic operation and a transmission system. The processing time, processing temperature, and vacuum level inside the chamber are digitally controlled. The heating system uses infrared heating, ensuring high thermal conductivity and improving the finished product rate.
This feature is the result of our technical team developing a high-performance laminating machine based on the characteristics of PVC film, solving the problem of achieving precise results for common negative pressure high-gloss profiles in a single pass that cannot be repaired.
Using special process heating and a large worktable, this machine significantly increases production efficiency, saving costs. The transmission system employs chain drive, with a two-stage reduction for the worktable entry to prevent workpiece misalignment and product waste. The electrical system uses imported components for stable performance and is equipped with both manual and automatic operation programs, achieving a high degree of automation. The extra-large worktable is more film-efficient.
