Model CMT5500R Self Loading Concrete Mixer Truck is a kind of unique vehicle which combines concrete mixer, transit mixer and wheel loader. It features automatic calculating the proportion of mixing materials, the concrete output ability is 22 cube meters per hour. The outsize wheel-side reducer driving axle and full hydraulic transmission case make the mixer truck move in any kinds of complex off road ways, the max. moving speed can be up to 42 km/hour, and the min. turning radius is 6.2 meters only.
Advantages
CMT5500R is equipped with imported Sunny hydraulic system and China FAW 6-cyliner (110KW) Turbo charged diesel engine. The standard configuration includes high pressure water washing device, driving camera, automatic water feeding & metering system, hydraulic water suction pump, cooling & heating air conditioner, electronic weighing system and imported piston motor etc.
The driver cabin is suited in the front and can slew with drum base together through 270 degrees, which makes bidirectional driving available.
The mixing drum can slew through 220 degrees for high discharge over 2.0m on the four sides of the vehicle. The drum can also be lifted up 20 degrees from the bottom by two hydraulic cylinders for the convenient discharge of concrete.
The rotating speed of drum has reached 20 rpm, which has improved working efficiency by 30% compared to its competitor in the industry.
The application of wet brake of front axle, air brake, double brake system and double front tyres, increases the safety and stability of the mixer truck.
Full load with 45% gradeability makes our mixer be the leading position in the industry.
The external water pump is equipped with water suction change-over switch, which can fill water into water tank and drum respectively.
The vehicle size is small, which is suitable for limited site and widely used in new rural construction, urban construction, tunnel, airport, seaport, high-speed rail site, remote areas where there are no electric power, middle projects, farmer's houses, building, country road, irrigation, reservoir, mine, rural bridges, high-way road etc, which characterized in saving labors, high efficiency concrete output.
High strength steel plate, which enhances the load capacity and high stability of vehicle.
The material of rolling ring and mixing drum adopts 16mn high strength steel which uses forging normalizing manufacturing process.
Mixing blade is designed with varying pitching angles, which simplifies the feeding device, ensures the speed faster and mixing performance better.
