1. Q: Are you a factory or a trade company?
      A: We are lighting factory in Dongguan for 6 years.
2.  Q: What’s your products quality?
      A: We use high quality materials and technology, including lampshade, crystal, metal, stoving varnish and electroplating etc. 
      B. 100% of the lights will be tested and keep lighting for 6-8h to test its quality reliability. 
      C.  We will make QC inspection strictly from raw materials, semi-finished products, assembly, packaging to delivery, to make sure every light is good quality.
3.  Q: What shipping method do you use?
     A: By Express, DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. The dispatch time is about 3-10 days.
     B. Air freight, sea freight or railway freight.
     C.  Agent designated by client.
4.  Q: Do you accept OEM or custom design?
      A: Yes, we do. As a manufacturer, we accept OEM and supply customized service.
5.  Q: When's the production period?
     A: As the first-class manufacturer, we have sufficient stable supply. 
     Samples order: 3-7days, regular order: 15-25days, 20FT: 25-30days, 40FT: 35-45days.
6.  Q: Are the lamps include the bulbs?
      A: Normally does not include the light bulbs expect for LED type lamps.
