Q1. What's MOQ?
A:10 sets. Because we are a OEM&ODM wood furniture manufacturer, and products below 10 sets will cost more freight and duty so we recommend you to order products above 10 sets.
Q2. What kinds of products can you supply?
A: We can supply all kinds of custom wood furniture:kitchen cabinet(solid wood kitchen cabinet,lacquer finish kitchen cabinet,pvc membrance kitchen cabinet,melamine kitchen cabinet) & kitchen cabinet door, wardrobe/walk-in wardrobe, bathroom vanity cabinet, TV cabinet, living room cabinet, bed, night stand etc.
Q3. How can I get a quotation and make a order?
A: 1. Send me your drawings with specifications and quantity.
2. Tell me when you want the quotation and the destination port.
3. Check and confirm quotation
4. If price is ok ,then we will confirm again your drawings with details
5. Place order for sample with charge.
6. Come to China to see how's quality or we send the sample to you with freight collected.
7. Confirm sample is good enough.
8. Production after 30% deposit is received.
Q4. When can the goods be delivered after the order is placed?
A:Depends on various products, it can be from 40 days to 60 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q5. How about your Quality Control?
A: -Before the order is confirmed, we would check the material which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing production in different steps from the beginning.
-Product quality check before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC representative or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients to avoid the problem occur.
Q6. What's the payment terms of kitchen cabinet?
