Bath maintenance

1. For Water Stains or Slight Stain

It can be wiped off by washcloth soaked with detergent or soap.

 2. For Scratch on Surface

- Slight scratch:

A. Using 180~400 grit sandpaper to wipe it away, and cleaning again with washcloth.

B. To reach matte surface, polish it with 400-600grit sandpaper to erase scratches

C. Recovering it with detergent and washcloth.( Sandpaper will be provided with bathtub together for customer)

- Heavy scratch:

It can be repaired by polishing machine, and clean again with washcloth.

1. Can I visit Gelandy factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

My dear, it is a great honor to invite you to visit Gelandy factory. Half hour from guang zhou  City to our factory by car. We have showroom in Qingyuan. Our showroom is close to guang zhou North train station.  

You can take High speek train from Guangzhou South train station to guang zhou  North train station We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Shenzhen Train station. 

2. Can your factory print our brand on the package?

Yes, we can. While customer needs to provide us a "logo usage authorization letter" to allow us to print the logo on the products.

3. Before Order can i get samples for quality checking ?

Yes, we can provide the small samples whicha are cut from our basins or bathtub for your checking.

4. Do you have after-sales-service ?
