PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

APPLICATION FIELD
It’s suitable for the fire protection of steel columns, steel beams , load-bearing steel structures and other steel components in various buildings such as high-rise steel structure buildings, petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, light and textile industry transportation and warehouses.
APPLICATION GUIDANCE
1) Steel structure shall be removed dust, oil and foreign matters on the surface of the components shall be cleaned up and included derusting treatment, and anti-rust primer shall be applied for no chemical reaction happened.
2) Before using, it should be fully mixed. If it needs to be diluted, it should be diluted with the Maiqi's special diluent and diluted according to the specified proportion.
3) Brush coating, roller coating or spray coating in different times, and the wet film thickness of each time is controlled within 0.3mm, after the previous coating is dried and solidified, recoating shall be carried out at a general interval of 6-8h depending on the environmental conditions until the required thickness is achieved. After 48hours matched finish could be coated on.
