1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with export license in Yiwu, nearest port is Ningbo port.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China. 10 minutes for driving from Yiwu railway station or Yiwu airport. We will pick you up there if you come to visit. 

3. Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, OEM service account for half of our export volume, low quantity for customized is our advantage!

4. How can I get some samples?
A: We are glad to offer you free samples. New clients are expected to undertake the shipping cost, and this charges could be deducted from the payment of formal order.

5. What are your payment terms?
A: Commonly 30% deposit by T/T, the balance of payment against the copy of B/L; L/C at sight.

6. What's the delivery time?
A: 20 days for 20'GP container, 25 days for 40'GP container and 35 days for 40'HQ container.
