FAQ

1. MOQ:
    Generally our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item, but there are some exceptions.
    Some products are very easy to produce, then the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. 
    But some products are very big, maybe in one 20'ft container it can only load 100pieces around, and also some products are very complicated in production and some need moulds, for all these big or complicated products, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item.

2. Payment Term:
    a.  T/T payment: 30% deposit before production,70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
    b.  L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight  

3. Sample:
   We charge samples and their freight.
   The sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
   If sending by express, we will charge the express prepaid cost; if putting in an ordered  shipment/container, no freight cost will occur, but we still charge the sample.

4. OEM & ODM:
    We accept OEM & ODM production.

5. Packing:
    We generally use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; if customers have specific equirements, you need to let us know them before we make any quotation to you.

6. Confidentiality:
    a. If customers provide designs, we will keep them secretly and will not release to any third party.
    b. If we provide designs or customers select our designs, customers can not release our designs to any other vendor/provider.

7. Product Test:
    a. When customers order some product from us, they need to test the product by themselves if they want to test the product. We provide free samples for testing. Customers may appoint some lab in China to test the product, and we will contact this lab for all testing issues, but customers need to pay the cost, and the final certificates will have customers names.
    b. We mainly suggest these labs to our customers: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
    c. Regarding of different countries & areas in the world, we mainly undertake our production by standards:  ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ standards. 

8.  Product Selection: 
     a. Please tell us the item codes that you are interested in, but please choose no more than10 products in order to quote to you effectively.
     b. Less products that you choose, quicker we may quote to you.
        If you inquire no more than 3 products, we will reply to you with detailed quotation within 24 hours.
     c. We do not have a general price list as we have over 1500 products and different countries have different standards and sizes requirements as well as exchange rates and raw materials costs are always changing. We need to quote to you according to your specific inquiry.
