Q: How can I place an sample order?
A: Yes. Please inform us the items and quantity. An Invoice will be sent to you for your payment. We will prepare the sample after receipt.
If you need to pack the sample in pallet, please inform us in advance.
If you would like to handle the shipment by yourself, please use your forwarder / courier, ask them to pick the sample up in our factory.
Factory address to be provided then.
If you would like us to handle the shipment for you, we will check and quote you the shipping freight, and ask for your payment before delivery.
Q: Will you return me the sample fee afterwards?
A: Yes, and we will return the sample fee to you in formal orders.
Q: What kind of products are you selling?
A: Sanitary ware including toilets, bidets and basins.
Toilet: back to wall / wall hung / one-piece / two-piece.
Bidet: back to wall / wall hung.
Basin: above / under counter / wall hung.
Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are the manufacturer of toilets, bidets and basins.
Q: What Certificates do you have?
A: Watermark rating and CE.
Q: Can you put our own brand?
A: Yes, we can. ODM is welcomed.
Q: Can you produce according to customers' design?
A: Yes, we can produce toilets, bedits and basins according to customer’s design base on MOQ. New molding cost is on customers’ account.
Q: Can you produce the color that we want?
A: Yes, we can make the colored toilets, bidet and basins according to customers’ requirement.
Q: What toilet seat do you have?
A: We have PP, UF, slim UF toilet seat cover.
Q: What valves do you have?
A: We have Geberit valves, R&T valves, WDI valves, etc. according to customer’s request.
Q: How is the packaging?
A: We can pack the toilets, bidets, and basins according to customer’s request. Otherwise we normally use 5-lay carton package.
Q: Can I pack the products in pallet?
A: Yes, we can use pallet to pack the toilet, bidet and basin.
Q: Can I use ex-factory, CIF or else?
A: Yes. We can offer the price upon request. If you use CIF, the price is base on order quantity. Please tell us your estimated
order quantity to enable us to quote.
Q: Do you accept other payment methods?
