Q: How do you control the warpage on the edge of your cabinet basin?
A: No matter how big the size it is for the cabinet sink, max we accept 3mm for each edge.
Q: How is your standard on the finishing of your bathroom sink?
A: We guarantee that all the pieces we offer are based on Grade A, which means no defect nor defect by repaired, even a very small
defect less than 0.10mm is not acceptable.
Q: Do you have any two piece toilet with water consumption of 4.50L?
A: YES. Please pay attention to our new items C1011 &C1012, both of which are with full flush 4.50L and half flush 3.0L.
Q: Can you match UF seat cover for your wall hung toilet?
A: Usually we match PP seat which is more economic, but surely we can match with UF seat as per customer’s request.
Q: Do you have any one piece toilet with roughing in of 300mm?
A: Yes. All of our siphonic one piece toilet is with roughing in of 300mm and for wash down one piece toilet, it is 250mm.
