Q1.  Do you have MOQ?

A:  In the first order we will not require you for the MOQ and from the next order the MOQ is 20 units, you can mix many models in one container. We are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.

Q2.  If I need one sample do I need to pay for it and how long will I get the sample?

A: We will prepare the sample for you around 5-7 days, the sample cost and postage will be paid back when we get a 40HQ container from you.

Q3.What are your terms of payment?

Q4. How long will the cargos take for delivery?

A: It will take us around 5~15 days to finish all the production.

A: Yes we are the factory which focuses on the quality of the product, we always provide 2-3 years guarantee for the whole product, 5 years warranty for castor, base and gas lift.
