From receiving order to shipment, we will offer pictures of the whole progress. Such as, raw material procurement, production process, finished product storage, bundling and packaging, product measurement, port loading and departure information (shipment information + voyage + estimated arrival time)
We promise: we will guarantee the delivery time for you. When delay happens, we will compensate 2% of the total value to you and you can choose whether carrying on the contract or not. Before shipment, we welcome inspection from any third party (such as SGS, CCIC, BV...). We promise: if the test fails, we will pay the inspection charge and reproduce the qualified products for you.
