Assemble steps

Construction technology and method.

1.According to the size of the drawings and the field measurement, start draw ink line and the lofting.

2.See the drawings set out from where construction.

3.According to the ink line began to fix the upper groove, the lower groove.

4.Upper groove: the installation should be neat, the joint should be strengthened and trimmed, the corner should be installed before give

material, each 75cm to nail in the floor or ceiling.

5.Lower groove: the installation should be smooth, the installation position of the door should be reserved firstly, still need to pay attention to the difference problem, such as the ground height and bottom difference is too much, must pad to level up to reduce its drop, do not affect the level adjustment, each over 75cm  use nail or screw fixed on the floor.

6.Baseboard: check the height, install the gradienter and adjust the level.

7.Closed the edge: make sure be neat and consistent, the joints should be seamless, especially with the sky rail and skirting board joint to make no gaps, each 30cm use nails or screws fixed on the wall or column.

8.Column: see clearly the drawings, each 60cm±- to install the column, the door 2 sides's column must go up and down complete fix to Unapt shake;When width of the door is over 90 cm,  the column on the door frame must be fixed and welded if necessary.

9.Reinforcing the crossarm: welded with the same column material to strengthen the column.

10. Wall panel: panel installation should focus on the details; firstly transport the panel to the installation site by pallet truck, use a sucker to hold the plate upright, the lower end rests against the baseboard, the lining plate is close to the vertical column on both sides, Single side and another piece of wall board, spacing 12mm to seal the board layering on, layering first keyhole, with a 60cm spacing with self-tapping screw fixed on the column, the assembly should be focus on horizontal and vertical, when the last fast

wall board cutting, must be measured by the size, according to the correct way cut trim, installed on the wall board.

11.Window frame: the connecting plates on both sides of the straight frame are fixed on the vertical column by layering, the upper

13.Door: installation is firm, flexible freely, adjust spacing in time, Angle 90 degrees must accord with the standard,no noise andurgent sound, door lock installation positioning without a hitch.

14.Trim: when cutting the trim, pay attention to the level of the section at the end and the head; Use a rubber band to knock the trim into the gap between the panel to make them flat.

15.After completion of construction, timely adjust the horizontal and vertical clearance.

16. Tear off the protective foil, clean up the garbage, and collect the leftover material
