High resolution and detailed photos/videos and free sample will be able to verify our quality. We also send you your product pictures during production process.After production, QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd party QC agent is accepted.

4. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.

5. What if the tiles are broken during transition?

9. What's the port of loading?
A: Normally Xiamen Port, Tianjin Port, Wuzhou Port, Wuhan Port, Qingdao Port, etc.

10. How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.

11. What's your payment term?
A: We accept many payment terms: TT(30% deposit, balance before shipment), Trade Assurance, 100% TT in advance;
For small batch orders, Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow, Paypal are accepted by us.

12. What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
