Q2: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A2: We’re factory, you could visit our factory anytime, or chat with us online with camera. Because of machines and technology, we only can make stainless steel dust bins and toilet brush, and trade companies always have many products which are made by different machines and technology. Factories barely could do it.

Q3: Lead time

A3: 1-5 days with normal packing, 20 days with customer’s brand printed.

Q4: How to ensue quality?

A4: We have a system quality control procedure,from incoming material,part,semi-product and final product 100%check.Our QC will make a inspection before we load the cargo.

Q5: Samples provided? Is it free or extra?

A5: Yes, we could provide the samples for free charge, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q6: Terms of payment

1. TT30% deposit, 70% of balance against the sight of B/L.

2. TT30% deposit, full balance before loading containers.
