Which made of of 60%~65% natural wood fiber(professionally dry treatment),30%~35% of eco-friendly HDPE/PP/PE/PVC materials and 5%~10% chemaical additive(anti-UV agent,anti-oxidation agent,reinforcing agent,stabilizers,colorants,anti-fungus agents,coupling agent ect)

The service life of WPC is 15-20 years,it is suitable from -40℃~70℃.

It is light weight,waterproof,stronger,easy to install,smooth surface,no crack,less seams,sawing,can be nailed by keel,can be processed into any length and many other advantages.

How to clean or maintenance WPC products?

1.Pollution occurred from moulds,mucedine,berry and leaves:

   Use a cleaning agent contains detergent and sodium hypochlorite to clean off.

2.Dirt or debris:

   Clean the decking to remove dirt or debris by using soap,hot water and astiff bristle.

3.Chalk markings:

   All colored chalk lines are permanent except white,scrubbing the area with hot soapy.

4.Oil and olein occurred by touching:

   Use a cleaning agent contains degreasing agent.

Does WPC product need the good ventilation and draimage?

Yes,like timber,it is important to provide adequate ventilation and drainage to ensure SGB WPC is able to dry out after being wet.

For this reason,it is very important to pay attention to clearance on butt joins(end to end),spacing between boards(side to side),and min ground dearance.

Lack of ventilation and drainage can cause the products to swell over time.Check product fix informations on the good ventialtion and drainage requirements.

Boxing in the deck will reduce cross flow ventilation and therefore should be avoided.

FAQ

1. Will WPC Decking rot or decay like wood?

WPC has been extensively tested under hostile accelerated aging conditions by outside laboratories.
It is warranted to resist rot and fungal decay when properly installed and maintained.
2. Does WPC Decking require painting or staining?
WPC Decking does not require painting or staining. As with any outdoor surface, periodic cleaning is required.
3. What type of tools are required?
WPC Decking can be easily installed with standard woodworking tools, including hammer, skill saw, rasp, level, and square. Standard carbide saw blades with less than 20 teeth are recommended.
4. Is HDPE toxic and does it give off toxic fumes when burned?
Polyethylene is non-toxic and is used for applications such as milk jugs, water jugs and grocery sacks. When burned ompletely, it will convert to carbon dioxide and water vapor.
5. What is the proper way to handle and store WPC Decking
WPC Decking should be stored on wood supports placed approximately every three feet and under a dry lumber cover or tarp. Rainwater that would not stain a deck will stain stacked lumber, so remember to keep it dry.
6. Are there toxic problems the consumer should be aware of?
There are no toxic chemicals or preservatives involved in the manufacturing of WPC Decking.
7. WPC Decking has been designed to look like lumber, what are the main differences?
WPC Decking has a higher density than wood; however, certain profiles are engineered to be lighter in bulk weight than actual lumber. WPC is resistant to termite and rot, and has low moisture absorption. Thus, WPC has a much longer life span than regular lumber.
